Children grow up so fast! Family photoshoots are a great way to capture a moment in time. Furthermore, they can be a lot of fun and full of laughter!
My majority of my family photoshoots are shot on location across Norfolk and Suffolk. Whether that’s in your garden, at the beach, a walk in the woods, or another favourite family spot, I’m happy if you’re happy! You can enjoy some quality family time and I’ll be there to capture those special moments.

Family members, particularly the kids, tend to fall into two categories when it comes to photography. They either jump at the chance of getting in front of the camera, or they’d rather be doing anything else. With my experience, I’ll make sure everyone is at ease and gets into the swing of things. I am a dad. I am well versed in the art of negotiation!
We attended a family Photoshoot day at our daughters preschool organised by Mark Raines Photography, it was all running on time, and set up well within the space available. The photos were fun and the guidance given was easy to follow and made for some lovely family pictures. Absolutely excellent value for money for all pictures to be digitally shared, and they were sent over before we even got home – we only live the other end of town!
Mark was great with our two-year-old daughter. Usually camera shy, she quickly warmed up to the photoshoot. Mark took the time to pick some great locations around the property for our photos. The results have exceeded our expectations, capturing special times. They are some of the best photos we have. Communication and turnaround times were also spot on. After a recommendation from a friend, we hired Mark for a private family photoshoot.
