Hockwold Hall

Hockwold Hall is a secluded and breathtaking Norfolk wedding venue. It is situated in acres upon acres of parkland with a stunning Grade II listed manor house at the heart of it. A long private driveway leads you to the entrance of Hockwold Hall.

The garden marquee (which is a permanent feature) is a chic blank canvas enabling you to put your own spin on things with your chosen colours and theme. It can hold between 80-250 wedding guests, which is quite a few! Plus it has a dance floor, stage and full service bar. Now that is worth shouting about!

For more intimate weddings, they have The Banquet Hall, which is a barn venue. It can be found next to the main house and has been perfectly restored retaining its charming oak beams.

The ornamental gardens make for some stunning photos, especially with the pagoda for outdoor ceremonies. The pagoda is at the end of an avenue of a neatly trimmed fur hedge, which makes the perfect aisle for you to walk down. Or dance, whatever takes your fancy!

Hockwold Hall offers its wedding guests so much!

They also have an indoor ceremony room if you tie the knot out of season. This is also a bonus incase the weather isn’t kind to you. For winter weddings, you can then relax in front of the fire in the lounge for drinks and canapés.

How about a slightly quirky drinks location? You and your guests can head down to the cellar with its 1920’s feel. How many people have a cellar at their wedding venue?

On site accommodation, an outdoor relaxation area, tennis court and a games room – there is definitely plenty to explore during your stay.

There is loads of on-site parking and even room for coaches to drop off and pick up too!

As a wedding venue, it certainly ticks a lot of boxes. What makes it a definite winner is that you can tailor it to the wedding that you both want. You don’t just have one option when you book here.
