Lynford Hall Hotel | Norfolk Wedding Photography | Amy & Stephen

As a wedding photographer, I do the job because I love it. Like many wedding photographers, it’s more than just a job. Photography is a passion.

Since the middle of March, we have been unable to do what we love. Being a part of couples most precious day of their lives, spending time together like one of their family or their closest friends. Its always such an honour to be chosen as a couples wedding photographer and I treasure every single wedding I shoot. It’s looking more and more likely that we will lose a whole peak season of wedding photography this year and I think I speak on behalf of most wedding photographers when I say that we miss being part of those special days.

As we can’t go forwards and blog about current fabulous weddings, I thought I would go backwards instead.

Let’s reminisce

Let’s talk about those weddings that have already been captured. It turns out that I’ve been blogging for over a year now.

So let’s cast our minds back to September 2018. My last wedding of that year was at Lynford Hall, which is surrounded by acres of woodland in the heart of Thetford Forest. It is a Norfolk wedding venue with an idyllic and stunning backdrop for a wedding. This was the location of Amy & Stephen’s Wedding.

As a photographer, we always get excited to hear about the couples wedding plans. After checking availability, it’s usually my next question..have you found a venue? Photographers love exploring venues, finding secluded spots perfect for those magical first moments as Husband & Wife. Lynford Hall has some breath taking views across the gardens, to which we took full advantage of.

Coming back to the present, if your wedding day has been turned upside down because of Covid-19 and you’re looking for a photographer or maybe you are now starting out on your wedding journey, then get in touch. Let’s chat on the phone, Skype, FaceTime, WhatsApp, Zoom or any other time of programme you can think of. Don’t let Coronavirus put a dampener on your plans!
